My Place Hotel-Phoenix West/Buckeye, AZ

The rooms were very clean. I especially liked the microwave and the refrigerator with its own ice! Very quiet also. Will stay there again on my next trip to Buckeye, Az

UPDATED: In response to Owner's remarks: Kindly state clearly that it is easier to manage it not having to deal with sanitization of dishware. Because if you "sanitize" the washrooms, sheets, and towels every time a guest leaves, the same would apply to the dishware, therefore, your point doesn't make sense. Also, I refuse to call pre-packaged snack "breakfast". Only food made by order, with real nutrients/ingredients can take such denomination. _____________________________________________________________ This hotel is clean - good for my standards. We spent 1 week there due to work. Facility smelled ok. Internet would reset every night, so we had to reconnect our devices daily. Everything in the room was functional. There is no complimentary breakfast, so we used the room's kitchenette to prepare our meals. Different from majority of hotels that offer rooms with kitchenettes, this hotel chain does not provide any utensils (pans, plates, cutlery, etc), their option is having the most common items for sale in the lobby. Even though is located in a very hot AZ area, there is no pool, therefore, entertaining children is limited. Location is very nice with a lot of stores (retail and groceries), restaurants and medical services in a walk distance. Close to highways and only ~30 min from Phoenix.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel. Kai, Lauren, and Tucker are all amazing and so is the cleaning staff. The room itself is ok, the bed is comfortable and it’s clean but sometimes the room has an odd smell and the stove tops take forever to warm up.

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was amazing it was really large. It was clean the bathroom was amazing. The staff were great. I felt safe and comfy. The beds were great!!! I wish they had hotels like this one everywhere!!

My Place Hotel is very accommodating, clean, and pleasant to stay at. This is probably my fourth time staying here at this hotel in Buckeye, AZ. It is reasonably priced and centrally located by restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, and a grocery store withing walking distance. The staff is amazing. They have all you may need in their small store section by the front desk. The coffee is fresh and hot. I really enjoy staying here. I recommend this hotel. Their parking lot is spacious, well lit and safe.

This place saved our vacation after the disaster that is Days Inn. I'm extremely pleased with this place. It's been quiet, clean, and the rooms are decently setup! I quite like the fact that there's a full sized refrigerator, with an ice maker in it. Along with the kitchenette! One thing to keep in mind, is that they don't provide cookware, or any dishes and utensils, but that's just food and safety regulations. If you ask the front desk, they can provide you basic paper and plastic stuff upon request. I was a little bummed out about no breakfast, or pool. But that allows them to really hone in on the basics, and keeps costs extremely reasonable. So take advantage of the fact you're in a area that has plenty of eat out options and explore! I'll definitely be staying here again my next visit to AZ! My only suggestions for the rooms I'd love for this chain to consider. - Dimmer switch + dimmable light bulbs for the main switch by the door. Having a bit more modularity in the lighting would be awesome. - Look into door attachments that can block light and sound coming from under the door gap.

Convenient location to I10. Well lit, easy parking. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Good with pets. Spacious rooms, with full kitchen. Perfect for a multiple day stay or a night in.

When you walk in you see snacks loll - it sets a great tone especially after a long flight and drive. :) Kai at the front desk is amazing! He’s very personable, kind, courteous, and respectful. The room is nice. I was not expecting a full fridge - nice; room is very clean. They have coffee, a blow dryer, hangers, iron. Right on, My Place. I’ll definitely be staying here again when visiting West Glendale. Until then, Mahalo nui
